N-List e-resource for academic development

Abstract
In the context of rapidly evolving digital academic infrastructure,
N-List (National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly
Content) offers a significant platform for accessing scholarly e-resources to
support teaching, learning, and research activities in higher education. This
paper examines the role of N-List in facilitating academic development, reviews
patterns of awareness and use among students and faculty, and discusses
challenges affecting adoption. Findings from recent empirical studies show
consistent benefits in academic activities where awareness and training
accompany access. Strategies to improve utilization are proposed.
